Whose designs?

It’s very nice that you’re convinced there is a divine call upon you as touching every facet of your life (know that now if you previously didn’t), but what step or steps you take in response is what determines your success or failure in it.

Take a cue from Peter and John, that even after they heard Jesus’ instructions clearly and we’re certain on what He wanted them to do, still waited to ask for specifics which He gave them. (see Luke 22: 7-13.)

Imagine what would have been the case if they just zoomed off.

Don’t build with designs from your imagination or the opinions of people. Don’t jump at building with the designs He gave someone else [no matter how beautiful they may seem].

You were crafted uniquely and for a specific purpose. Always wait on Him for His designs for you in Christ.

God bless you!

  1. So true! Reminds me of this verse from Psalm 127:1 – “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” Thank you for this post!
